Here are some frequently asked questions about Snapcart

  1. What receipts are accepted?

Receipts from grocery stores (SM, Robinsons, 7-11, Puregold, Shopwise etc.), pharmacies and even department store. However, in department store provided that items purchased can be found in grocery items. In some cases, some department store receipts you snap can be accepted depending. But when I tried once, they rejected my receipt.

2. How many receipts can I snap?

Three (3) receipts per day only. If you already consumed the 3 valid snaps per day you can wait for tomorrow to snap.

3. How many days is it valid to snap?

Receipts can only be snapped after 3 days of purchased.

4. My receipt is long, how can I capture it?

You need to capture the receipt from top to bottom/whole receipt, once you snap the first half you can continue by clicking the (+) sign until you reach the bottom part of the receipt.

5. How much cashback can I earn per receipt?

6. What is a level status?

There are 6 levels, the more you snap regularly the higher your level and cashback will be multiplied.

Regular 1.0
Bronze 1.1
Silver 1.2
Gold 1.5
Platinum 2.0

So let us say, you are currently at level Bronze and you snapped a receipt of PHP 2500.00 so your cashback value (please refer to the charts above # 5 and #6) which is PHP 15.00 multiplied by 1.1 = PHP 16.5. You will receive a cashback of PHP 16.5

7. What if I rarely use snapcart, what will happen to my level?

If you rarely snap, your level will be downgraded per week.

8. My receipt is completed, but the cashback amount is incorrect?

You can email the snapcart via support@snapcart.zendesk.com indicating your concern with corresponding receipt id no: xxxxxxxxxx OR you can click the receipt then report and then indicate the reason.

9. My receipt is completed, but I get no cashback?

You can email the snapcart via support@snapcart.zendesk.com indicating your concern with corresponding receipt id no: xxxxxxxxxx OR you can click the receipt then report and then indicate the reason.

10. How long will they respond?

They have automatic reply message directly to your registered E-MAIL ADDRESS and eventually get back to you once they verify your concern. But, if it takes days or weeks continuously send them a report until they finally resolved your concern.

11. How much is the minimum amount to cash-out?

As of December 2018, the minimum amount is PHP 75.00  excluding the PHP 20.00 service charge

12. Where can I get my cash-out?

Through your bank account.

13. I don’t have a bank account, can I use my family member’s bank account?

Yes, you can use it.

14. How long will it take before it appears on my bank account?

Processing is 5-7 working days.

15. I have a Gcash/Paymaya account, can I transfer my cashback to my Gcash/Paymaya?

No, you can’t transfer. However, a few weeks ago I sent an inquiry to Paymaya if they can do something about this and they said, “They will keep us posted once it will be available since they are doing something. Stay tuned.” If you noticed, a few days ago snapcart made a survey about e-wallets so most probably both companies are trying to come-up with this mode of cashback transfer. So let us just stay tuned.

16. Is Snapcart legit?

Yes, it is 101.00% legit. See it for yourself.
